Job descriptionOur Exhibition team leads the development of the IKEA Museum by initiating new exhibitions and by improving the existing ones. As project leader you lead and manage the process of the decided exhibitions, from ideation to final exhibition, in close cooperation with the Exhibition curators and other specialists. In close collaboration with the Exhibition manager the project leader secures various exhibition related projects by developing time- and action plans according to the IKEA Museum Business plan and monitor the budget. You keep focus on the final delivery, priorities actions according to the time plan and adjusts when needed. You facilitate cross functional teamwork and create prerequisites to it by involving leaders in early stage into the process. The project leader leads and assign needed specialist competences to secure excellence in execution.

QualificationYou have proven experience as project leader and competence to effectively manage creative development projects. You have a true passion for the life at home, democratic design and our vision to create a better everyday life for the many. You need to get energy from delivering on set goals in time in a changing environment. We want to be challenged so we believe you must have an urge to improve and develop existing ways of working. As a project leader for exhibition, a solid leadership experience is of great importance when motivating and following up both internal and external specialists and project teams.
