'- Lead the Centre of Expertise in Co-Worker Relations at INGKA Group by defining, design and sharing the INGKA Co-Worker Relations concept and approach in line with market trends, latest developments and best practices. - Be the Process Owner of INGKA Co-workers Relations, responsible for updating the Co-workers Relations Process in close collaboration with People Process leader. - Create, update and implement the Co-Worker Relations strategy, including global employment standards, structures, methods, policies, rules and guidelines. - Create, update and implement IKEA Health and Well-being Framework. - Lead the Global Co-Worker Relations team as well a the Matrix. - Collect, analyse and utilise relevant business intelligence in the co-worker relation / labour relations field to stay industry-competitive and implementing changes when appropriate. - Secure and monitor that all markets are in line with the mandatory elements of Co-workers Relations to secure compliance with local regulations and a consistent execution of the Co-Workers Relations framework and policies. - Initiate internal organisational wide regular communication on the INGKA Co-Workers Relations program, aimed at timely providing HR stakeholders with critical information. - Decide on the most suitable Vendors to support INGKA within the Co-Workers Relations programme. - Align with key stakeholders within People Culture and other functions, such as Sustainability, Communication, Legal, Risk Management and Business Navigation & Finance. - Ensure co-worker insights are regularly captured and utilised to improve working conditions and environments. - Promote and update the “IKEA Code of Conduct" aligned with IKEA Values.
