To be in the running for our next Recovery Co-worker, we need you to have: • A passion for building furniture, our products and our sustainability initiatives • A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments yet also be able to work independently • Problem solving ability and be able to think outside of the box • Experience with regular use of computers and IT systems • Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment • A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive heavy lifting • Availability to work up to 3 out of 4 weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and a mixture of weekdays
As Recovery Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: • Unpacking, sorting and recovering a mix of pallets consisting of discontinued and damaged stock • Building and taking apart furniture where needed • Supporting the team to ensure all written-off, damaged or returned items are transferred to Recovery
These positions are permanent roles for a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight.
