WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY The successful candidate will work alongside our Milton Keynes Business Navigation team to learn, grow and develop over the course of a 12 to 24 months Our ambition is that you will then be ready to take up a vacant Business Navigation and Operations Manager position within the south market area.
• Be a strategic business partner with analytical skills and an ability to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions. • Leading the store Business Plan process together with the store manager and management team. • Proactively working with local market data to understand people’s life at home and our customers experience across our different touch points to provide insight. • Hold good communication skills and be able to influence in order to create energy and commitment within the organisation. • Together with the commercial team, identify commercial opportunities and promote the use of business case thinking. • Hold an ability to recognise outside trends relevant for your local market and translate them into business opportunities. • Lead and develop leaders and teams in the areas of responsibility of the BNO function. Identify and develop talents and secure succession planning. • Be able to steer the business towards long term growth and profitability
