What you'll be doing day to day

• Cooperate with the store management team to ensure Sustainability is integrated into the store Action Plan.
• Make sure that the store Action Plan is implemented and periodically checked through the Sustainability Functional Review and other relevant assessments.

• Work in cooperation with our national and local strategic partners and charitable organisations to ensure shared campaigns and initiatives are effectively planned, executed and communicated.
• Provide sustainability related contents for communication purposes, with special focus on local initiatives.
• Provide an inspiring and motivating direction for the store colleagues on how, together, we can grow IKEA in a sustainable and socially responsible way.

What we offer:
• Free canteen;
• Monthly reimbursement 600€;
• 6 months of internship. At the end of the internship, in the face of a positive evaluation, an apprenticeship will follow.

Some would call us idealists who want to change the world, but we are firm believers that we actually can have a positive impact on people, society and planet. We put our heads together to solve the big questions: how IKEA products can become circular by using material and resources in the best way, how to improve the lives of the people who create our products, and how IKEA can benefit the communities where we operate.
