Who you are

• You have deep knowledge of working in the field of social media
• You have broad knowledge of using insights to formulate country social media strategy, plans and activities to meet IKEA business needs
• You have up-to-date knowledge of trends, proven solutions, translating global into local market relevant solutions, usage, and measurements.
• You are passionate in marketing, branding and copywriting.
• You have deep knowledge of how to lead communication by defining, planning, executing and follow-up communication to relevant stakeholders
• You are energized by working both independently and interdependently with communication networks and cross functions
• You possess a creative mindset and ability to challenge common ways of thinking.
• You fluently speak and write in English
• You are looking for a full-time job, based in Prague

KEY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Formal qualifications in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management (content creation, paid promo, copy writing or similar is plus)

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for customer facing social media channels in CZHUSK (Meta focus)
• Closely cooperate with agencies to manage and develop SoMe channels with ability to execute hands on
• Cross functional collaborate and cooperate with RCMP (contact center) regarding community management
• Responsible for developing and executing creative communications that ensure optimal reach and high engagement across social platforms as well as maximize marketing ROI by developing and integrating paid social media assets by managing internal and external partners
• Plan and implement the social content calendar to support marketing goals
• Analyze data, identify trends in social media
• Ensure that all executions align with IKEA Brand Values, Tone of Voice and the IKEA Brand copy identity guidelines to ensure that the results are consistent, relevant, engaging and unique
• Activate and moderate User Generated content
• Actively manage and develop social commerce at IKEA
• Be a coach and sparring partner to managers and communications team regarding online communications: local, national, global, external and internal

IKEA Marketing team is looking for furniture enthusiast who wants to use and develop his experience and knowledge of the social media world to identify, develop and execute relevant and engaging content for all social media channels, to strengthen the awareness for the IKEA Brand, build a loyal and active community, inspire the many people and support in-store and online visitation in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

Our team is the voice of IKEA. We use words, pictures and videos to tell the story about IKEA, to build our brand and inspire people with our offer. We bounce ideas back and forth, we challenge each other and we are crazy passionate about communication. Of course we’re also the ones who make sure to keep all our fellow co-workers informed, engaged and connected in a constantly changing business environment.

What you need to know

This position is full-time, you will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Service Office principal location is Hybrid working, combining office, and working remotely at home maximum of 8 days per calendar month.
