• Produces research that will support the Consumer & Customer Insights team with brand monitoring, visitor and partner satisfaction, market potential, new markets analysis, specific qualitative research, web-based research, i.e. Strategic & Tactical Insights – Recurring & long-term projects & input for Meeting place Business planning and Concept & Business Development Insights: quick & agile Insights to the organisation - To Meeting places & Service office. • Commissions research where necessary and sources external research agencies for specific research projects. • Supports the planning and implementation of the market research projects, their quality and further usage, both in-house and outsourced. • Creates and maintains research processes that increase efficiency of the research team. • Supports the development of the overall Insights agenda and defines the role of customer research needs to support the Consumer & Customer Insights team. • Provides the Marketing and Concept teams with properly analysed market information from planned periodical research, as well as supports them in specific ad-hoc research requests. • Develops recommendations for key stakeholders, notably Marketing, Concept & Customer Experience, and Meeting Places, on key focus areas based on market and consumer intelligence. • Maintains an internal/external network to meet all Consumer & Customer Insights needs across Ingka Centres and manages relationships with vendors as required to support applicable research needs • Works in close cooperation with the Consumer & Customer Insights Manager and Insights Analysts to support the marketing planning process with sufficient market information. • Executes exemplary research, while mentoring and training others in the domain to conduct and deliver research, role modelling the culture and values of our organisation.
