About the job
The Store HR function provide importance support the Store's ambition to be a great place to work. As a contract HR officer, this role will help support the recruitment and administrative functions.
Promote and safeguard the IKEA culture by being a role model who expresses the IKEA values in all HR operational matters
Support Recruitment activities including applicant screening and shortlisting, interview co-ordinations and interview documentations
Support the onboarding process of New Hires including issuance of staff items
Support in setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files documents etc.
Any other duties which may be assigned from time and time
You are have experience in interviewing and recruitment
You are initiative, self-reliant and motivated
You are able to multitask, and open to hands-on and administrative task
