• Minimum 8 years sales experience in relevant industry such as real estate, media sales etc.
• Minimum 4 years managerial experience
• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans through strong client
relationship, resulting in consistently exceeding goals
• Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
• Successful track record of leading negotiations with high level stakeholders
• Strong result orientation and ability to nurture and develop existing and develop new partnership
• International management experience
• Significant and extensive work experience in media and advertising, with a preferred mix of online and
mobile sectors, combined with advertising networks


Together with Sales & Leasing Manager and in close collaboration with Operations Manager creates and
sets direction for non-leasing income streams development approach for the organisation
• Creates a strategy in line with the Centres direction and objective in terms of non-leasing income streams
that would allow to boost MPs income and short-term asset value
• Responsible for embedding and developing strong competence within the Operations Domain in creating
and implementing non-leasing income stream approaches that would support MPs income growth as well
as benchmarking best-practices across MPs
• Responsible for monitoring and analysing latest trends and deep business insight within the non-leasing
income streams to ensure those are brought into business planning and negotiations to maximise
commercial results of the MPs
• Responsible for analysing non-income streams business opportunities and further development of risk
mitigation plan based upon the need
• Responsible to develop and maintain long-term business relationship with relevant global business partners
that would support and fulfil the overall non-leasing income strategy
• Actively cooperates with Marketing B2B to identify opportunities for sponsorship and cost-sharing
• Develops guidelines and tools for non-leasing income streams for MP
